How to buy a bus ticket online
A bus ticket across Ukraine or to Europe takes a few minutes to buy without leaving home. Here is how it works on easyway and what to check before you pay.

Enter the cities and the date
Choose the city you depart from, the city you travel to and the date. The search immediately shows the trips of every carrier running that route.

Compare the trips
Look beyond the price: departure time, journey length and the carrier matter too. «Trip details» lists the stops, luggage rules and refund conditions.

Pick a seat
If the carrier provides a seat map, you can choose the seat yourself. The price is locked while you complete the order.

Fill in the passenger details
For international trips the first and last name are usually entered in Latin letters, exactly as in your passport. Check the spelling: a mistake here can cause trouble at boarding or at the border.
- 05
Pay and get your ticket
After payment the ticket arrives by email. You can show it from your phone at boarding — printing is not required unless the carrier says otherwise.
Where to find the ticket after you buy
The email with the ticket contains the order number and a security code. The «My tickets» page keeps the orders made in this browser, and a ticket bought on another device can be found by that order number and security code.
Useful to know
- On busy routes, especially before holidays and in the summer season, buy early — the cheap seats go first.
- In large cities buses leave from several stations and stops. The exact boarding address is on the ticket — check it in advance.
- Refund terms differ from carrier to carrier. Read them in «Trip details» before you pay, not after.
- If the trip is delayed, call the carrier on the number printed on the ticket — they have the most accurate information.
