The easyway aggregator
Instead of checking each carrier's website separately, you enter your route and date once and see every available trip: departure and arrival times, duration, stops, fare and free seats.
You choose the trip that suits you on time and price, and we help you book it and answer your questions if something goes wrong.
Where the trips and fares come from
Sales run through a booking system that connects bus carriers from Ukraine and Europe. Timetables, free seats and fares come from the carriers in real time — we don't make them up or change them.
The ticket you buy on easyway is the carrier's ticket. The ticket number and the carrier's contacts are printed on the ticket itself.
Who is responsible for what
The trip is operated by the carrier named on the ticket: it is responsible for the bus, the drivers, keeping to the timetable and carrying your luggage. If the bus is late, the carrier is the fastest source of up-to-date information — call the number on your ticket.
easyway is responsible for the search, the booking and helping you with it: if your ticket hasn't arrived, you need a refund or something is unclear, message us.
Payment and refunds
You pay online, in the booking system's window. That's where you enter your card details: the easyway website never sees or stores them.
After payment the ticket arrives by email and is available on the “My tickets” page. You can also request a refund there if the carrier's rules allow it; the refund terms are shown before purchase under “Trip details”.
